Before the sitting we read the kong-ans from Zen Master Seung Sahn's book, "The Whole World Is a Single Flower - 365 kong-ans for Everyday Life".
After the sitting we have a Dharma Circle, so everybody can talk about their particular ideas, or he/she can ask various questions about the styles of the practice, teaching and the life.
During the long sittings, when there is no Kwan Um School of Zen teacher in BZC, one of the Senior Dharma Teacher gives non-kongan interviews.
